I have had a suspicion all along that it'd be remarkably similar to CX's Y+. That is by no means a horrible seat. It is 2-4-2 in CX's 77W and 2-3-2 in the A333 so I see it going in as 2-3-2 in the 789. That would make it wider and more comfortable than the existing Y+ on NZ's 772 and 744.
As for comparing it with the Space Seat, I think it'll come down to personal preference, whether you enjoy the style of the Space Seat or you'd rather have a more conventional seat with a fixed footrest and possibly more generous recline. I'd expect it to be wider too. The Space Seat just takes up too much room for what is provided.
