Everything I"m looking at says "Eligible for: Up to 8 total award miles per $1." I know this is probably based on cabin type, but I'm not finding anything.

Maybe I figured this part out -- Book any cabin, get 2 miles per $. Book any balcony or suite, get 4 miles. There's a united bonus promotion. It says earn bonus 2 miles on any cabin. Earn bonus 2 miles on balcony & suites. So add this all up and get 8 for balcony or suite & 4 for inside or oceanview.

I believe I've answered part two. Still looking for Shareholder Benefit answer.
