Apologies for bringing up an old thread, but didn't think it warranted starting a new one.

I am FO and traveling with my wife (no status) on a Skypesos-issued award ticket IAD-CDG, flying on AF metal. We are both booked in Economy. Is there any way for us to buy up to AF's Premium Economy product, even though we booked with miles? Just curious.
