That isn't technically an upgrade; that's booking a new ticket for more miles.

If someone books a MileSaaver domestic award, they can't then use 15K + 75 copay to get into F. They would have to find availability for the 25K Milesaaver domestic award OR go for the 50K AAnytime award.
