Today I discovered a new travel website owned by Terry Trippler and his wife. It's ThePlaneRules.com and was apparently started in Summer 2013 so it doesn't hav a lot of content yet. The focus is on various airlines' rules for handling IROPs, but much of the information and suggestions seems repetitive. Also, it's not clear whether the material is directly quoted from carrier CoC or written by Trippler, possibly with his interpretations of the rules. (Links would be helpful.)
