Hey, i am trying to book an Oz-Europe-US-Oz award and last night i rang up US to put the itin i had found on hold and i could do all the flights, but she couldn't see two LH flights BRU-FRA-JFK... On another site today someone said that US has trouble seeing LH flights except on a couple of days a week and that its a known glitch and US operators can long sell the seat by requesting them from LH... Is this accurate???
