BA sale in Australia - does this exist? Seeking help and suggestions.

I have tried looking (but probably not a very effective search) but can't find anything. So, please point me in the right direction if something along the lines of what I am looking for is out there. Thanks.

I am flying my parents over from Melbourne March next year. They are members of the Qantas FF programme so I am keen to keep the flights on Oneworld carriers. As I am paying for both of them, it has to be Economy that's all I can afford. I have looked at Qantas as the most obvious choice but their flights are ridiculously expensive so they're crossed off my list of airlines. From there I've looked at Cathay, Malaysian and BA. Malaysian and BA has come up with the best prices thus far (£950-£1100 depending on stopovers and dates).

What I would like to know is, does BA do a January and July type sale for Australians? If so, are they as reliable with offering the sale about the same time of the year, each year? The same goes with Malaysian Airlines. Also anyone with any other tips and suggestions on how to fly my parents over as cheap as possible (without flying them on budget long-haul!), your help will be greatly received.

Thanks in advance.
