I've stayed at a few, but am a big fan of the Hotel Vancouver, especially with a child. There are steps at checkin so that they can see the agent, they get milk and cookie certs (no tips allowed!) and 6-year old size bathrobes provided for the walk down to the pool. There's even a dog for walking if you want .

The Gold floor service is great, but may not be an option with your free certs.
