What we know so far is:

Business Premier largely identical to the 777.

Premium Economy is a conventional PE seat, not the SpaceSeat, probably 2-4-2 and 19 inches wide, 38 inch pitch. This will be NZ's worst PE seat yet - inferior not just to 744 and 77W but even the 77E which is just an a Economy seat with extra recline.

Economy is going to be very tight, probably 3-3-3 and 31 inches.
