Yes, they may shut down. As per business credit card agreement, you are not supposed to use business card for Personal expenses.
It is certainly possible, but I haven't seen any reports of people getting shut down for putting personal expenses on a business card.
Manufactured spend/perk abuse seems to be the biggest reason for shutting people down from the reports I've seen.
