FWIW, the marinated olives over in the PDX Sky Club are worth checking out before heading over to the Board Room for soup. There's reciprocity for BR members so you can visit both spots.
And has anyone else noticed the House Spirits Distillery kiosk in the D Concourse? They sell their products right there in the terminal (haven't tried them yet, so can't weigh in on quality). Staff said they're in negotiations for a tasting room/area in the airport as well.
