Generally they should respond in a few days but I have never had to fax information to them. They have always been able to find the information in their computers. However after the purchase by Southwest things seems to have slowed down.

Since it has been so long I suggest you contact them via their web contact form. You will get an automated response, with a reference number however unlike some systems it does not send you a copy of your message.
