It's basically one bedroom, with bathroom and outdoor bath and outdoor pool.
We couldn't even have in room dining, it had to be setup outside.
I think all the villa's should be able to accomodate at least one if not two roll away beds. The villas are spacious.
However, I would personnaly leave the kids behind if I could. 1). It is already expensive for just two people to get there and to eat each day! 2). I think you will lose some of the magic that this place has to offer if you have kids with you. I have three kids and have travelled with them to Phuket and plan to go to Bali with them. But I could not imagen taking them us to the PH maldives. I honestly think once you walk into your villa on that first day you will realize you want to have the villa just for you and your significant other.
