We have booked an award ticket on UA for next month. It appears have changed and we may not be able to make this trip anymore. What is the US award cancellation policy? I realized there was a slight change in outgoing and return flights (~15-20 mins change both ways) since I had booked these tickets. Can this schedule change help me in getting the miles back?
