All,

I'm looking at flying either BA12 or BA16 (SIN-LHR) over Christmas. Of course BA12 is operated by a 744 and BA16 is operated by a 77W, and BA12 gets into London a half-hour before BA16 despite taking off only five minutes ahead (I suspect that's more to do with London holding traffic with Asian arrivals than the 77W being slower). On the other hand, I suspect BA16 wins on hardware.

As a lowly peasant with Silver, I'm only looking at Y. In your opinion, which flight should I pick?

- Seat
- Entertainment
- Clearing immigration as a non-EU citizen, bearing in mind arrival times
- Loads
- Chances of op-up (low on both flights anyway?)
- Any other factors you can think of, e.g. if you like listening to Aussie accents maybe BA16 is the better option?
