I am batting zero with this feature lately. The stay information is recorded correctly on my account page, but I receive an error message ["Your hotel bill was not found for the specified stay date(s). So that we may better serve you, please provide the additional information below and your hotel bill will be sent by email or fax if it is available."] when I click the 'retrieve hotel bill' link - but the online request form is populated with all the details of my stay - and are correct.
Worse, I've had two replies from Accounting that they can't provide me with a copy of my folio because the last four digits of my credit card are "not correct" - and one of those exchanges was with a VERY arrogant employee who dug in and would not release the folio even after I emailed her a copy of my AmEx statement that proved the card in question had indeed been charged. The issue was resolved when I insisted on getting a manager involved, but the incident was an unnecessary time suck - and quite annoying, to say the least!
