Dear all,
I have had about enough of KLM's bulls**t about how they respect the Economy Comfort zone and Economy Extra Leg Space rows passenger (aka. Emergency Exit) for Intra-European flights. My journey always starts with everyone trying to seat at the Extra Leg Space, and then moved due to weight and balance reasons. Once the plane is in the air, I normally take my bag down from the storage so I can get my stuff to work. But then... comes 5 people normally from Economy with all their baggage and take up all the remaining seats in the rows, while the rest of the plane is still quite empty. Once the plane is about to land, I place my bag back up, and the storage is then FULL!!! This super annoyed me once, because they had to place it in the back of the plane, and I had to wait until everyone had left the plane so I can run to the back to get my bag! I mean COME ON, if KLM is willing to advertise these products, products which some people pay for (totally retarded I have to say) and is considered a ''perk of platinum members'' I would expect them to protect their RIGHTS! I also see a lot of people charging forward into the Economy Comfort Zone once in the air. It is a complete JOKE! Sorry, but if KLM doesn't respect what they stand for, pay more and get more, they might as well do what SAS - Scandinavian Airlines does, make it into one cabin, SAS GO and everyone is EQUAL! No one pays more to seat in the front or by the emergency exit, then it's first checked in, first one served. I am fine with that, I am NOT FINE with taking money and pretending they respect you, while they totally don't!
Lastly, when flying KLM 737-800, the crew is with 4. Two start in the front and two in the back with their service. WHAT IS THIS?! That means they reach the emergency exits last, since its in the middle. It normally happens then that they run out of food. I am truly amazed how they never thought this through. They treat the passengers who pay the most and most loyal the WORST!

Sorry for the rant, just really annoyed about this. Been seeing this happening for months!
