In SABRE it should be FFAA677A12345/AS-Segment Number 1.1 etc.

hope this helps. So the code above is you want to enter your American FF# when flying on Alaska airlines

BTW I'm studying Sabre for my Travel and Tourism Course and we had to do scenarios with entering in and changing Frequent Flier numbers.
