I have been using the DC MF card and have had to submit claims on three separate occassions. After I submitted the information they took care of everything between the insurance company and the rental car company. I was not contacted except to receive confirmation that the claim had been settled. I have heard of horror stories about other cards but Diner's seems to be the best from my experience.
