Stayed again last night - we need some cheap stays to maintain Diamond - thats my only excuse.

Checked in by same person from week before. Very chatty - gave us bag of water and drink voucher for 1 (we are both HH Dia) but no room upgrade even though rooms were available.

Awful old style room facing main road. No AC and very very hot. Tatty and dirty room. TV didnt work - we discovered a faulty cable. No cable for telephone.

Sleep quality was bad - road noise, fire doors slamming until beyond 1:30AM and awful bed - I now have a very sore back from the dreadful mattress.

We are going to have to pay slightly more for the few stays we need because I'm not going back to Bracknell.
