Aeroplan Reward Department and Reinstating Miles?

The aeroplan website states:

"Return unused or unexpired tickets with a letter outlining your request to the Aeroplan Reward Department. Please provide your credit card number and its expiry date. You should allow four weeks for the mileage to be reinstated to your account. "

But of course there is no address to be found for the "Aeroplan Reward Department". There is an address on the web site for an "Aeroplan Centre" in Vancouver. Is that the right address?
