If your departure from LAX is AA domestic, you won't be able to do any lounge-hopping. The AA Flagship Lounge is your lounge - there's no airside access between T4 and the international terminal (although a connector is in the works and slated to open in 2015).
Opening dates for the new TBIT OW lounges have been pushed back to 2014 (business class lounge in the first half of the year, first class lounge in the second half), according to this article from Australian Business Traveler:
