I agree the DD has been slowly getting worse for years, I do not even think it is staffed 24X7 any more or at really late hours is short staffed and rolls over to the regular line. AS for SPG I love the program and the hotels. Problem is the lack of hotels. Their is pretty much a Hampton inn everywhere.
