I had the same question at Pulo, so I secretly hid to figure it out. At Pulo, security is tracking your every move. They know where you are and what you are doing on the island. When you leave the room they radio housekeeping, who then sends a team of 4-6 to refresh the room. They were able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes and vanish. It is quite a ballet. This is either a little creepy or shockingly good depending on your viewpoint.
