I just tried a brg and the agent consulted a list of sites that do not qualify for the brg. otels.com and olotels.com were on the list. I had an approval using olotels in August. I know there has been variability, but with a list, it seems like blackballed sites will always be impossible.

Add me to the list of people that don't understand how needing to sign up to purchase makes a rate "not publically available".
