I also think it depends what kind of holiday do you want.
Whistler is great but if you don't like skiing it is less interesting.
Pacific Rim Vancouver is probably the best City hotel, however if you want to have holiday close to wild landscape it is obviously not the right choice.
Anyway with Jasper Lodge, Banff spring, Whistler and Pacific Rim Vancouver, you can't go wrong.
Lake Louise, depends of the room.
