What's left? Don't forget some talented, experienced personnel who made the transition from Western to DL. Some of my favorite DL agents and managers around the world came from either PanAm or Western. The best Sky Club agent I know is in SFO and made the transition to DL from Western Airlines. There have been some evenings while I waited for redeyes where I have heard her calling Gold, Platinum and Diamond Medallions to tell them their night flight was either delayed or cancelled and that she wanted to work with them to rebook. Never heard of anyone else culling through flight manifests to provide that level of personalized service but I'm sure there are some other stellar DL lounge agents around the globe.
