Single PNR for two passengers with different itineraries?

Hi all,

I am guessing the answer is no, but can two PNRs be linked together for two passengers who are departing from different airports? eg. europe to nz, where only the first leg differs (say from UK vs from Italy) - all other flights are the same. Is it possible to have a single PNR in this case?

Many thanks
