AC should start at their own door step first. Many AC concierge agents do not seem to think non-SE travelling in paid or AE redemption Executive First class tickets to entitle to their service. Furthermore, AC would not allow those travelling on AE redemption tickets to buy On My Way when flying NA.

I have also flown CA on intra-Asia routes many times, usually in F/J and their services were more than a pass, superior to AC in some situations but luckily, never ran into an IROP.
