In addition to what lagunas2k said, if you just want regular dining the PH is across the street from Coex mall, which has lots of lower and mid-scale places to eat. The mall has lots of stores, including huge department stores, but isn't upscale; it's mid-level.

Last summer, I stayed 6 nights. The Park Hyatt is also one of my favorite hotels. I liked it enough to consider it this summer, even though I needed to meet people almost completely opposite on subway line 2. I've also read nice things about the GH, but I think the PH would work well for you.
