It completely bewilders me why the BRG team doesn't have a list of non-accepted websites available to all agents that is the first thing checked. Don't bother starting with the hotel, dates, number of people etc. Get the website first, check the internal list, if the website isn't on the list, then proceed. I wouldn't have thought the inconsistency from one agent to the next wouldn't be difficult to overcome.
