If you're ready to take a cab and want to go from one Strip hotel to another, be sure to tell the cab driver to drive entirely on the Strip. A friend told me that cab drivers love to take longer routes on, for example, Frank Sinatra Drive, and even overshoot your destination hotel so as to make a u-turn onto the Strip and then another u-turn to your hotel. Tell the driver to go directly on the Strip to your destination hotel.
