Looks like I'm going to have to connect at LHR (LAX-LHR-FRA). I fly a fair amount domestic. But I have never flown international much less had an international connection.

Just a couple of questions cause I'm getting lots of conflicting information from some coworkers.
  1. Do I have to go through customs at LHR?
  2. Do I have to claim and recheck my luggage at LHR? Seeing that I will be shifting to a BA flight.
