My wife got one.
She filled it out. It was mainly about our past travels and our thoughts about the FPC program compared to other hotel loyalty programs.
At the end, she received a $20 Virtual Visa by email.
Haven't redeemed it. Don't know what to do with the $20 Virtual Visa.
