No of course not, just as they don't decide to divert to BOS because DL has been having a rough several weeks at BOS. Besides, who said that this was a diversion?

However I suspect that, while passengers don't like being stuck anywhere, being forced to spend time in a nicer airport is slightly better than being trapped in some awful airport without lounge facilities or other relatively pleasant places to wait.
