Cockroach ran across my floor while watching the Indians game right now. Went down to FD and was told they were sold out (selling rooms on marriott.com, even when I'm not logged in). Absolutely absurd. Wasn't offered a walk to the Courtyard a few miles away either. I told the FD agent to have the GM call me tomorrow. I'll be asking for at least 2 nights compensation, one for the lie, one for the cockroach. This is at the Springhill Suites Athens, GA.
