I've had staff make a bed for me from lounge chairs and a coffee table in Doha and give me a blanket and pillow. Sleep if you feel like it. At the Malaysia Airlines lounge in their relaxation room they suggest you leave your boarding pass on the table next to you so that they know when you're leaving.
