I got a "we have received your application" notice and have been waiting for a week... should I call?
When I checked my application status, I was provided with a number to call. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes, then was told I needed to provide proof of my address, and could email them a bank statement. I called back a day later and was approved after about another 5 minutes of holding.
