As you said:
1. went to the Business class check-in counter
2. said I was *G but have a problem that my boarding card doesn't show the correct status
3. agent asked for the card, gave her the email and said I don't have the card yet
4. she could see A3*G in the system and gave me new boarding passes
5. went to the lounge, gave my boarding pass
6. again got asked for the card... gave the email and said I don't have the card yet
And... was allowed into the lounge without any problems
