The FP credit issues worry me a lot more than eUps. My 10 credit pass was in a state where I had used 4 credits, and I had 7 remaining. I called in to get them to fix it. I can't say I'd do the same with eUps
I've had various eUp issues. Some where I was charged more than I should have been, some where I was charged less. Overall, I think it's worked out in my favour, so I'm not going to call in.
