so from arrival to departure I have 28 hours (9:30am to 1:30pm the following day) in London, and I've booked a night at the Marriott Heathrow. This seemed the most convenient option. However, now I'm thinking that a day out at the airport may be a little boring. If I'd like to go into the city and tour around a bit, would it be more convenient to move to a Marriott in London proper, or logistically, is it better to just stay at the airport and commute back and forth from there?

any advice would be welcome.
