United says they refunded me but not showing on CC
I originally purchased a E + seat for my mom for her flight in a few weeks. At purchase it was a regular E+ seat. A month ago I moved her to the bulkhead since her flight was changed to a319 and bulkhead is the bests seat. They said I would have to repurchase the seat and the original purchase would be refunded since there is a price difference. I've called united twice and they said I have been refunded but it's not on my cc statement.
What would ppl recommend I do. Should I call the chase and dispute the charge so I don't get double charge. Anyone here with united that can help.
