I have never seen this before - the reservation was made over the phone and is not prepaid, changes are permitted until 6pm the day of arrival and is also in no way special...anybody seen this before and knows how to get these changes done? I could call the hotel, but I usually like to deal with these things online...

It means you must speak with the hotel directly to make changes - not sure why the rate is set that way but the hotel is the only one who can help you
