HI,

I just tried to make a small change to a reservation (add the Company-name to the reservation to faciliate the check-out process and update the eMail-adress to receive the confirmation to a different eMail-account), yet all I get is the following error-message:

I have never seen this before - the reservation was made over the phone and is not prepaid, changes are permitted until 6pm the day of arrival and is also in no way special...anybody seen this before and knows how to get these changes done? I could call the hotel, but I usually like to deal with these things online...
