With a total of 5 Germany flights between LH and NH, I could imagine 2xFRA (midnight and midday), 2xMUC (midday and late evening) and 1xDUS, or something like that, with reduced flights at NRT. Still total overkill.
I *thought* that at one point somebody reported that Haneda-Australia slots were out there and that Virgin Australia was gunning for them. No idea what happened to that entire discussion...
Maybe because neither JL nor NH wants a slot to Australia

There are more profitable markets out there.
So the 5 remaining foreign carrier slots will probably go to the US? If that's the case DL might get 3, HA 1, and AA 1

Although I am hoping for DL 3 and AA 2
