Thank you so much for the tips! I hadn't been to LHR for years before switching to AA 18 months ago, and now every time I go through it's a new adventure (T3 to T5, vice versa, T3 to T1 to find the flight cancelled, etc etc. ) I have to say that I have been through more efficient airports elsewhere.... Lol
