I found the airport and the people there very pleasant. Some of the nicest in the country. I just wasn't up for sitting around a concourse for four hours. So I tried to come up with a plan which sorta worked. I really enjoyed my brief time downtown. What kinda dropped my jaw though was that Nashville Transit's Customer Service line literally had no way to know where their #18 bus was. It could've been over in Knoxville for all they knew... This is the twenty first century, yes? And if they were to track or communicate with one bus in their whole fleet, perhaps the AIRPORT bus could qualify....
