Looks like the decision is not final but ANA is probably getting slots for one daily HND service to each of Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Canada. There are also two new slots available for HND service to each of the UK, France, Germany, China, Singapore and Thailand, but it appears that JAL is only getting a total of five new slots, so at least one of those countries would get *two* new daily ANA services from HND.
Note that the applicable foreign carrier(s) would presumably get an equal number of slots, and they are still working on an agreement with the US (which might take a while now that the US government is shut down).
It's Germany that will get 2 new NH services
With this UA probably (hopefully) will get zero slots once again with US DOT trying to balance the alliance market share. Now if AA get more slots I hope they would consider wet leasing JAL fleet/crew for some of those flights
