this in the Nikkei.
これまでの各国との交渉を通じて英国、フランス、ドイツ、中国、シンガポール、タイへの便は国内航空会社向 けが1日2便増える。いずれかの国の便を2便ともANAにする可能性がある。
国内会社向けが1日1便しか増えないベトナム、インドネシア、フィリピン、カナダ(2日に交渉が妥結予定) はすべてANAに回す案を軸に調整する。
Looks like the decision is not final but ANA is probably getting slots for one daily HND service to each of Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines and Canada. There are also two new slots available for HND service to each of the UK, France, Germany, China, Singapore and Thailand, but it appears that JAL is only getting a total of five new slots, so at least one of those countries would get *two* new daily ANA services from HND.
Note that the applicable foreign carrier(s) would presumably get an equal number of slots, and they are still working on an agreement with the US (which might take a while now that the US government is shut down).
