As you will be in transit, there is no need to deal with immigration; stay airside. All international flights leave from the same international departure hall, only the gates will be different. Be sure to have your luggage tagged through to ZRH (both carriers are *A), otherwise you will need to pass immigration if only to claim your luggage and then recheck it. Visa fees for Canadian passport holders are currently 60$US. Fast track is available, but I am not certain how that works with transit passengers.
